Following up guaranties

In the event of construction and/or material defects, we ensure simultaneously on two levels that these can be validated and enforced on schedule.

  • Operational level: as part of the maintenance work, our employees regularly carry out assessments of the systems, taking into account the warranty periods.
  • Administrative level: maintenance and monitoring of warranty periods and registers by the project managers.

Because the database is a key success factor in securing your claims, we put particular emphasis on the seamless documentation and maintenance of your warranty register and the on-schedule maintenance of your systems. This includes:

  • Maintenance of the warranty register
  • Documentation and processing of detected defects, and the initiation of optimisations
  • Tracking of individual warranty cases and coordination with the client
  • Enabling concession holders to draw on specialist expertise
  • Obtaining expert opinions when necessary
