Planning and cost estimation of efficiency measures

As a rule, we implement the savings measures identified in the energy consulting process ourselves on behalf of the customer. This requires planning beyond the conventional technical building systems. Because the construction activities are carried out exclusively in existing buildings and usually during ongoing operations, drywall construction, fire protection, legal regulations, but also pre- and post-construction measures must be incorporated into the planning of the subsequent execution. For the design and the energy evaluation we use well-known professional software solutions. This also applies to the dynamic consideration of the energy systems in a building.
