Growth strategy continues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After SAUTER already acquired the Irish building automation specialist SIRUS, the British building management service provider Wren Environmental Limited and, most recently, the Italian facility management service provider Techne S.p.A. in 2020, the Group remains true to its growth strategy in 2021 and expands its business shortly before the end of the year by acquiring a majority shareholding in the Scottish Emtec Group Ltd.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2003, the Emtec Group specialises in plant engineering and technical facility management.<\/p>\n

The largest companies in the group are Emtec Building Services and Emtec Facility Services. The company\u2019s headquarters are near Glasgow, Scotland. Emtec also has eight offices spread across Scotland and northern England. With more than 550 employees, the company generates approximately \u20ac71.5 million in revenue.<\/p>\n

Scott Stevenson, one of the founders and shareholders of the Emtec Group, will continue to manage the business of the new SAUTER subsidiary as Managing Director.<\/p>\n
