SAUTER Germany Social Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

SAUTER strives for exemplary quality in its products and processes, but also in its conduct. Our corporate values form the basis for this. We are firmly convinced that respecting and upholding our SAUTER values will continue to be the basis of our success in the future.<\/p>\n

Committed to these SAUTER business principles, we have introduced rules and procedures in our company to ensure that we can all live up to the high standards that we set ourselves. These rules and procedures are constantly updated and adapted to current and legal requirements. They are accessible to all employees.<\/p>\n

These principles are divided thematically into the following guidelines:<\/p>\n

– Quality, Environmental and Occupational Safety Policy<\/a> (PDF)
\n– Code of conduct<\/a>(PDF)
\n– Compliance Helpline<\/a><\/p>\n

These guidelines are summarised in the SAUTER Code of Conduct, which we also require all our business partners to comply with.<\/p>\n

Strict adherence to these rules is one of the principles of good corporate governance, which is why we commit ourselves and all our employees to comply with them.<\/p>\n

Reporting an incident:<\/h4>\n

Reliable information helps us to counteract violations at an early stage and reduce the harm to our company, our employees and our business partners. We therefore offer the possibility of contacting us via our whistleblower system in order to report violations \u2013 anonymously if desired.<\/p>\n

All SAUTER employees, but also customers, suppliers and other third parties, can submit information.<\/p>\n
